I can tell you firsthand how hard Mom can be to shop for. My mom insists on not getting anything extravagant but instead asks for simple practical things . . . for every occasion! While that is very selfless and wise of her, I, like most of us, want to get her a gift that will really mean something. I was so impressed when Kim approached me about having a photo shoot in honor of her mom's birthday! Photos are the definitive gift that keeps on giving. And I was totally honored that they asked me to be the photographer! We had so much fun!
The shoot included Linda (the mom of the hour!), her husband Larry, and all their kids and grandkids! 11 people in all made for quite a party! :)
I had to take the opportunity to take a shot at this classic pose. What I didn't realize was all the work it would take to make sure none of the other park-goers were in the shot! Being with this group made the challenge seem like fun, though!
The ladies stole the show a little bit when they posed by themselves.
But I'd be lying if I didn't say the gentlemen brought it too!
About to be 14, Grant is going to be a heart-stopper! Watch out, girls!
Claire, Corinne, and Jackson are quite the charmers too!
Here are a few more of my favorites to finish things up. :)
Happy birthday, Linda! What a fun and beautiful family!
